{"id":87122,"date":"2026-09-10T12:12:19","date_gmt":"2026-09-10T12:12:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/detikriau.id\/?p=87122"},"modified":"2026-09-10T12:12:19","modified_gmt":"2026-09-10T12:12:19","slug":"bupati-asmar-hormati-proses-hukum","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/detikriau.id\/index.php\/2026\/09\/10\/bupati-asmar-hormati-proses-hukum\/","title":{"rendered":"Bupati Asmar: Hormati Proses Hukum"},"content":{"rendered":"<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong><em>&#8220;Kasus Kendaraan Dinas, BBM, dan Pelumas&#8221;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Selatpaniang, detikriau.id<\/strong> -Bupati Kepulauan Meranti H Asmar memilih menghormati proses hukum yang dilakukan Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Kepulauan Meranti terkait dugaan korupsi anggaran kendaraan dinas, bahan bakar minyak (BBM) dan pelumas di lingkungan Sekretariat Daerah.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Sikap tersebut disampaikan Asmar menyusul penggeledahan Bagian Umum Kantor Bupati Kepulauan Meranti yang dilakukan tim Kejari Meranti, Selasa (8\/9\/2026).<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Asmar menegaskan, Pemerintah Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti tidak akan menghambat proses hukum yang sedang berjalan. Pemkab siap memberikan data, dokumen maupun informasi yang diperlukan penyidik untuk kepentingan penanganan perkara tersebut.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u201cKita menghormati proses hukum yang sedang berjalan. Pemerintah daerah tentu akan kooperatif dan memberikan apa yang dibutuhkan oleh aparat penegak hukum sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku,\u201d ujar Asmar, memberikan pernyataannya kemaren<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Menurutnya, proses penyidikan merupakan kewenangan aparat penegak hukum. Karena itu, pemerintah daerah menyerahkan sepenuhnya proses tersebut kepada Kejari Meranti untuk ditangani secara profesional dan sesuai aturan.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Asmar juga mengingatkan agar persoalan hukum yang tengah berjalan tidak mengganggu roda pemerintahan dan pelayanan kepada masyarakat.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u201cKita serahkan prosesnya kepada aparat penegak hukum. Yang terpenting seluruh kegiatan pemerintahan dan pelayanan kepada masyarakat tetap berjalan seperti biasa,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Ia menambahkan, Pemkab Meranti juga akan menjadikan setiap persoalan dalam pengelolaan anggaran sebagai bahan evaluasi untuk memperbaiki tata kelola pemerintahan. Pengawasan terhadap administrasi dan pertanggungjawaban keuangan daerah, menurutnya, harus terus diperkuat.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Asmar juga mengedepankan asas praduga tak bersalah dalam perkara tersebut. Menurutnya, semua pihak harus menunggu proses penyidikan dan pembuktian yang dilakukan aparat penegak hukum.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u201cKita tentu menghormati prosesnya dan tetap mengedepankan asas praduga tak bersalah. Biarkan penyidik bekerja sesuai kewenangannya dan nanti hasilnya kita hormati,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Sebelumnya, Kejari Kepulauan Meranti menggeledah Bagian Umum Kantor Bupati Meranti selama sekitar empat jam. Penyidik membawa sejumlah dokumen yang dinilai berkaitan dengan perkara dugaan korupsi pertanggungjawaban pembelian BBM, pelumas serta perawatan kendaraan dinas Tahun Anggaran 2024.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Dalam perkara tersebut, Kejari Meranti menyebut 13 saksi telah diperiksa, sementara tersangka belum ditetapkan.
