Suasana resepsi tampak semarak dengan kehadiran mulai dari unsur Forkopimda, pimpinan instansi vertikal, aparatur pemerintahan, peserta Paskibraka, perwakilan pelajar, serta parundangan lainnya.<\/p>\n<p>Pantauan di lokasi, para tamu undangan memenuhi ruang utama Gedung Engku Kelana. Mereka tampak mengenakan beragam pakaian bernuansa nasional dan batik, sementara dekorasi panggung turut memperkuat suasana perayaan kemerdekaan.<\/p>\n<p>Malam resepsi juga menjadi momentum untuk mempererat silaturahmi serta kebersamaan antara pemerintah daerah dan para undangan dalam memperingati hari bersejarah bagi bangsa Indonesia.<\/p>\n<p>Peringatan HUT ke-81 Kemerdekaan RI diharapkan tidak sekadar menjadi seremoni tahunan, tetapi juga menjadi momentum untuk meningkatkan semangat persatuan, gotong royong dan kontribusi seluruh elemen masyarakat dalam membangun Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir.<\/p>\n<p>Rangkaian kegiatan malam resepsi berlangsung dalam suasana penuh kebersamaan sebagai penutup rangkaian peringatan Hari Kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia di Kabupaten Indragiri
