Tembilahan, detikriau.id<\/strong> \u2013 Polres Indragiri Hilir resmi melaksanakan serah terima jabatan untuk tiga posisi strategis, Kabagops, Kapolsek Pulau Burung, dan Kapolsek Kempas, pada Rabu (1\/7\/2026) di Aula Rekonfu Polres.<\/p>\n

Dipimpin Kapolres AKBP Farouk Oktora, upacara ini menjadi bukti keseriusan lembaga dalam menyusun kepemimpinan yang tepat guna menjawab tantangan keamanan di wilayah Indragiri Hilir.<\/p>\n

\"\"Prosesi berjalan lengkap mulai dari pembacaan SK Kapolda Riau, penyematan tanda jabatan, sumpah, hingga penandatanganan berita acara. Uniknya, perpindahan tugas kali ini berjalan berjenjang. Kompol Buha Siahaan menyerahkan jabatan Kabagops kepada AKP Dr. Irwanto, yang sebelumnya menjabat Kapolsek Pulau Burung,\u00a0 jabatan tersebut kemudian diserahkan kepada IPTU Danu Hidayat, yang selanjutnya digantikan oleh IPTU Hendrizal di posisi Kapolsek Kempas.<\/p>\n

Kapolres mengingatkan pemimpin baru tidak hanya harus mahir mengelola tugas teknis, tapi juga mampu mendengar aspirasi warga dan menyelesaikan masalah di lapangan dengan cepat. “Profesionalisme dan empati harus berjalan beriringan, agar kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap Polri makin kokoh,” tegasnya.<\/p>\n
