Asmar saat memimpin apel tersebut kembali mengingatkan para Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di lingkungan Pemkab Meranti untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan kedisiplinan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Jaga kekompakan sesama rekan kerja. Hormati dan ikuti arahan atasan dan pimpinan,&#8221; kata Asmar.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-82042 aligncenter\" menjabat sebagai Plt Bupati Kepulauan Meranti, seluruh hak ASN baik berupa gaji dan insentif dibayar penuh selama 12 bulan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Hak rekan-rekan sudah dibayar, kewajiban rekan-rekan tolong dilaksanakan,&#8221; tegasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Apel perdana juga dihadiri Sekda Kepulauan Meranti Bambang Suprianto, Staf Ahli Bupati, para Asisten Setda, pimpinan OPD dan seluruh ASN di lingkungan Pemkab
